The American Life

April 28th, 2009

The American Life bring forth a unique sound that blends the best elements of pop/punk, synth-rock, and dance rock music. The band officially began in the spring of 2007 and with writing and recording being their primary focus, they immediately jumped into action and began the writing process that would later become their debut album “All The Things I’ve Grown To Miss.” The American Life’s self recorded and self produced debut, which was released in 2008, is a powerful rock album with thick guitars, energetic synth lines, pulsating drums, anthem lyrics, and catchy melodies that beg the listener to sing along. Upon the albums release in 2008 the band was also fortunate enough to release the album in Japan through Kick Rock Music in September.

In April ‘08, the band made their way to Atlanta, GA to enlist the help of some of todays greatest producers in the pop/rock industry, Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount (All Time Low, Hit The Lights, Cartel, Mayday Parade, Every Avenue). The American Life is dedicated to creating an up-beat, intense musical experience for everyone listening

The band has shared the stage with bands such as: Forever the Sickest Kids, Mayday Parade, The Maine, The Cab, Four Year Strong, The Higher, My American Heart, Danger Radio, Ivoryline, There For Tomorrow, National Product, Breathe Carolina, Nevershoutnever!, Josephine Collective, Tokyo Rose, The Ataris, and countless others. TAL was also featured on the Vans Warped Tour in the summer of 2007. The group will be hitting the road touring the country in an effort to promote their debut album and their exciting live show. With 7 members, a TAL concert is anything but boring, and with the multiple personalities that the band has to offer, there is no limit to their energy on stage.

The new EP is entitled “I Know, Right…” and was produced by Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount ( Cartel, All Time Low, Every Avenue.. etc). It will be available on June 2nd on sites like smartpunk.com, Itunes, Amazonmp3, and various other online digital stores.

Our Mission Statement

February 27th, 2009

There are countless bands in America that have the talent and potential to reach their dreams. There are bands who want nothing more then to play. The number one thing that holds most of them back is funding. That’s were BleedLove comes in. When you buy a shirt a percentage of the profit is given to the independent bands out there who just need the money for a new amp, for the money to get to the next gig, and  for all the little things that are needed to  keep on playing and writing the music that you love so much.
